I compared my boyfriend Vinny and Side Show Bob because they both have big curly hair. Vinny friends and family started this joke because whenever he wake up his hair is big all over the place lol

I compared Janet and scuba Steve because I know that Janet is a swimmer. Janet had a picture in some scuba gear which made much easier to compare both pictures. I also thought this would be cool since they somewhat have a similarities because is a swimmer herself and she also a lifeguard for part time. 

We are comparing Anthony Anderson and Jacob McIntosh. Anthony is an a comedian actor and Jacob believes that he looks like him because he grew up watching him in his movies and Anthony in ever movie plays a goofy character and in school Jacob is always making people laugh. In Anthony's early life is when he attempted comedy and so did Jacob as well and neither of them ended well.  

Eulberg is being compared to Corey Feldman. I asked him a couple questions, like why do you think you look like him? Do you think you guys have some characteristics that are alike? and just said that he has always been told he looks like Corey. That his band mates constantly have told him he looks like him, even the students have said that as well!

                                           Palo Verde Comparison Project
  "Comparison is the thief of joy" - Theodore Roosevelt. For my topic it is all about trying to make people that view the blog laugh but not to hurt anyone's feelings. So we are going to be taking pictures of friends, family and teachers or coaches and using another image to compare the two. This topic is important because many people take themselves to serious and don't enjoy the little things in life, Throughout the process I hope to discover why some people are more willing then others who wont even let us take their picture.
  For our research all we will need is people wanting to be apart of our project and the internet. The background information we need will be is after we take the picture we will then ask " Do people ever say you look like someone?" and "Do you have any pictures of yourself growing up?". We will need to know how the brain reacts when a person gets asked questions about themselves.
  We will find the information we need through the internet or magazines. She is an expert because she teaches about the brain and how is works. Which is something we hope to learn.
  The outcome of our topic we hope to be laughter and a better understanding of the people we go to school with. At the end of our research we will show the people the way their brain works. The product will be a  bunch of pictures for people to look at and realizes we can all see our selves in other people.
  This topic is viable because we are using an analogy ( it shows how two things are similar ). We are pointing out features and characteristics with the intention of making people laugh. Its also a way  for the person we are comparing use their imagination in helping us differentiate them. They can portray themselves into anyone the wish to be.

 

 

On the left is Jason and the right is rapper Drake. Jason is Mexican American while Drake is a African American Jew. They both have the big smile and big forehead.

We compare Fabiola to Tarzan and Angelo to Terk. Terk and Tarzan are best friends and so are the two people. Fabiola is compared to Tarzan because of her crazy frizzy hair, she's cares deeply about her friends and family. Angelo is compared to Terk because he is playful, also serious and always watching the others back.

The first picture is my friend Steven and the second is a guy name Brandon Rogers who makes videos on youtube. This character is named Helen that plays a loud hall monitor who is curses a lot and is very loud. Steven is just like that and plus the make up matches well.

Zion is 6"5 and we compared him to slender man who is a supernatural creature that is 6'7. They both have long arms and hands. They are also both skeleton like. The only difference would be that Zion has both hair and a face and slender man does not.  

Our group has started a new project. We have realized that many of the staff here at Palo Verde have a look alike. So for our project we will asking the staff if they are okay with being compared to an object or another person. With their okay we will then take a picture of them and then go on the internet and look up something we think they look like or while we are just out and see something we will take a picture of that object. Then upload it to the blog and explain a little reasoning behind the comparison or explain where we found the picture.
